Hi there. I am a book translator from Russia and here I know all publishing houses employing translators of books from English into Russian. I wonder does any publishing house or may be somebody else outside of Russia is doing the same and how they can be found?

I would contact the authors directly. In turn, they might refer you to the publisher (or specifically to a subsidiary rights director).
In the end, you need to make sure you obtain the rights to the translation, even if the rights to publish are retained by the original publishing house.
