Some potential customers require you to quote via ProZ.com.
Please tell me how to do that?

Click on 'Submit quote' box on the job page you're interested in Nov 30, 2005

and fill in whichever details are asked for.

Mind you, it would help if you entered more details in your profile page.
I don't think many outsourcers will accept to work with a Mr. Hotline who didn't enter any information.
