I noticed this today on the jobs board for the ZH-EN pair. The company has an average score of well under 3 over the last 12 months, but in the current job ad there is no mention of any score. Indeed, the job board explicitly indicates that there is "no record", as the posting PM's profile is not linked to the main company account. I have taken a screenshot of the ad should there be any uncertainty about what I am referring to.

Are some companies allowed to circumvent the risk management system which we pay money to access, or is this simply an oversight on the part of the staff admins?

They're not allowed to circumvent it, but some try. Just submit a report request and staff will link the profiles swiftly.

Do you really suspect that some companies are allowed to circumvent the risk management system which we pay money to access?

Thanks for reporting this, Terence. This was indeed an oversight on staff's part, as the job was posted by a new profile that had not yet been affiliated with that company's Blue Board record.
The job and the poster have now been linked to that record.

I'd also like to mention that the support center may be the best channel for reports like this one, so the specific job can be mentioned and staff can take immediate action.
I hope this explains, but please let me know if you have any questions.

It is also our duty as users to report these issues. The administrators cannot be reasonably expected to check and compare all profiles immediately, although I think they have some automatic tools that help them. This control is something that we the users can easily do, by the force of sheer numbers.
