Actually, if I got such a request I wonder if I'd consider reporting it to the police. Such a request needs to be on the authorities' radar screen, at least, unless you can find a really legitimate explanation.

This is surreal but I'm not surprised at all.

@raptisi, send their e-mail to the spam folder. I assume you don't know them and that is why you think it's a "good" agency. A quick suggested search: UK-MoJ-Court Interpreters-Framework Agreement and you will learn more about their "reputation".

... that bought another certain agency that won a certain big contract and has been making the news lately...

Perhaps your children could help you draw the floor plan? My 3 yr-old goddaughter is quite skilled.
