And inane questions are back in fashion. As if.

Questions such as this poll's remind me of infantile queries directed at, well, children: what's your favorite color? What's your favorite toy? What's your favorite cartoon?

The infantilization of Western society (starting with that so-called example of freedom of [making dumb] choices, America, continues unabated. I was never, and I'm not, part of it.; I find mediocrity and infantilization of adult conversation distasteful, gauche, grotesque, unintelligent and uninteresting.

But I'm not alone and neither are you. Let's rise against this dumbification of thought and conversation.

It's impossible to say which skill has been the most valuable because our careers are always based on a mix of skills. No one skill is enough on its own.
