I’ve come out of retirement temporarily this month for a couple of big jobs that have escaped the cull, and I thought I’d be happy, but I’m actually finding the work really monotonous, not that intellectually satisfying, and incredibly tough on the old body.

The money’s good though.

Very busy lately. But no two weeks are alike. Feb 21

It feels as if some other linguists in my language pair have given up, since I am very busy.
Some legal documents don't lend themselves to machine translation, fortunately.
