Just one Jan 12

I only have one unpaid invoice from 2025 (dated 31st March). The client, a French agency, went bankrupt. Fortunately, it is a minimum fee. The clients I worked with in November and December all paid the day after receiving my invoice.

About 20 Jan 12

I'd say, about 20. None of them are "late" yet. Most of my clients pay after 30, 45, 60 or 90 days. And I still need to send another 20 or so invoices.
