Hello,
I would be grateful if someone might know how to make a copy of all my emails in MS Outlook (preferably into a zipfile), so I can make backup of them, so I can store this backup elsewhere. My question is: where to find the file which contains all these emails?
Many thanks in advance for all your help!
Kind regards,
Ron

Hi, This is for outlook express. You might want to search for: inbox.* on your drive. Your XP User Name is the user name you log in with on XP. The drive might be C: or any other letter, based on your settings. Also, the long number should be different on your PC.
Open this folder on your PC:

Outlook Express Backup

I use Outlook Express Backup software by Genie Soft, very user friendly and gives you plenty of options on backing up and restoring emails, you could even set up regular silent backups.
The company that makes this software is well into backup systems and has all sorts of software for various backup purposes (not only emails and Outlook)
