Can anybody help me find the SCC (Cour des petites créances) of a jurisdiction in France, pls? I am having probs with payment. If you email me or leave your answer here so I can email you back, I can let you know which jurisdiction it would be and name of the agency. Tks!

www.infogreffe.fr. Follow the procedure "court orders to pay" (injonctions de payer), at the bottom of the left column. Please note that the procedure itself is without charges, but the decision of the court has to be handed over to the client "in person" by a bayliff. His services are not free and he will dress a small invoice (about €70).

Otherwise, the competent court is either the Tribunal de Commerce or the Tribunal de Grande Instance as far as I am aware.
