I understand that not all translators here are senior, experienced ones.

Some of them are just newbies having no clue at all of what their services deserve. Similarly, I had no idea of what rates should I charge to my clients when I provided my services for the first time in early 1990.

Thus, posting anything considered low rates will shed some light to translators who do not know decent rates yet.
