This page is only mispellings spotted by google's spell checking engine. They had to give a limit to what they consider a mispelling of that name and did so by keeping "spears" as a constant.

It must be also noted that if a mispelling is common enough on the net, it will not be considered a mispelling no more by Google.

What's really amazing here is the sheer number of spelling mistakes that can be made by people typing a couple words in a search box.
