Does anybody know, how to convert Logoport RTFs to Trados RTFs and back again after translation? I do not want to try the different conversion options Logoport offers without knowing exactly what they do, so we really urgently need help! Thanks a lot! marions ▲ Collapse

Logoport to Trados and vice versa
Nov 3, 2006
Hi Marions,
You can change tagging from Logoport to Trados and vice versa. If you have to translate a lot of files you can do it selecting the following option in the Logoport menu in MS Word:
Logoport > Documents>Change tagging to external format
This menu option is the opposite to the Change tagging to Logoport format menu option. It converts them into Trados format.

This menu option opens the Convert external styles to Logoport format dialog box. Please see there for further explanation.
If you receive “tagged” HTML or DTP documents or partially translated documents from others, they are often tagged and segmented in the Trados™ segmentation style. With this function, you can easily convert a large set of documents from Trados™ segmentation style to Logoport™ segmentation style.
