Hello,
I am unable to access de caftan help desk. Is this a general problem or is it just me?

yes indeed, the access problem remains with Safari, but I managed with Firefox.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your response, my problem seems to be solved.

At the end of November, Freshdesk updated its support platform informing that some older versions of web browsers may not be able to access it. If you experience any difficulty viewing CafeTran's support website, please update your web browser.
