Recruitment: English → Danish ICT Localization Specialist (Smart Refrigerator)

Product Domain: Smart home appliances & consumer technology (specializing in smart refrigerators, household appliances, connected devices, and related software applications)

Your Core Work

✅ Translation & Adaptation: Translate and localize software UI strings, technical documentation, user manuals, help content, and customer-facing materials for smart refrigerators and consumer technology products from English to Danish — ensuring accuracy, clarity, consistency, and a natural user-friendly tone.

✅ Review & Editing: Proofread and edit translated content to guarantee terminology consistency, technical accuracy, and strict compliance with client glossaries, terminology databases, and style guides.

✅ Linguistic Quality Assurance (LQA): Perform linguistic quality checks on localized software interfaces, smart appliance applications, and product-related content; identify language issues and improve overall user experience.

Who We're Looking For

✔ Native speaker of Danish with proven experience in translation, localization, or related linguistic fields.

✔ Hands-on experience translating ICT, software UI, smart home appliances, consumer electronics, or technical documentation is highly preferred.

✔ Mandatory: Proficient in Trados Studio (essential for our workflow).

✔ Familiar with technical terminology, UI/UX context, software localization workflows, and consumer technology products.

✔ Able to deliver stable, high-quality output and strictly follow project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Experience in translation, proofreading, editing, and LQA workflows is a plus.
