DashboardCheck is a system for the non-destructive and non-contact inspection of dashboards and other foamed parts for air cavities within the foam layer.
The detection of cavities is carried out using specially developed infrared imaging procedures.
These procedures use the different thermal conductivity at positions with cavities compared to areas without defects.
