Veltlínské zelené – výběr z cibéb
Víno se vyznačuje krásnou ovocnou vůní doplněnou medovými tóny přezrálých hroznů. V chuti je plné s tóny sušených rozinek a s výrazným projevem přírodního zbytkového cukru.

wine from selected overripe (botrytised) berries

Vysvětlení:
This is the term used by wine technologists - put it in Google and there are plenty of links - As Elisabeth says, most laypersons will not understand 'Beerenauslese', but I do think you need the 'overripe' bit :)
Not to be confused with Straw Wines or Ice Wines!

selected essence/essencia wine

Má jedinečnú neopakovateľnú chuť a arómu.

I was thinking about "výberové cibébové víno" - anyway I will leave my answer, as it might help.

Here is the same page in Czech: http://www.wineofczechrepublic.cz/4-1-rozdeleni-vin-cz.html#...

In Germany this is called Beerenauslese and this term has also been adopted into English. For a menu, though - which is what I think you have, and one that is probably meant for tourists instead of haute wine connoisseurs at that - "special selection of berries" is just fine.

No, if they were affected by noble rot (botrytized) it would say they are botritized. There is a special word for this in Czech and it escapes me right now ... botrytis is here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Noble_rot

And because it is called "selection from berries", you do not have to note that the berries are overripe because berries are by definition overripe grapes. It would sort of be like saying "dried raisins".
(From the above website: Název přívlastkového vína vyrobeného z hroznů, které vyzrály na vinici na min. 32 °NM. Takto vyzrále hrozny se díky extrémně dlouhé době zrání na vinici většinou změnily na hrozinky - cibéby. Bývá to víno velmi extraktivní, sladké, vzácné a proto drahé. )

Na zdravi

Oops, my eyes are crossing. Indeed, cibeb are affected by noble rot (botritized). Sorry about that ...

Poznámky pro odpovídajícího
Tazatel: Thanks... I looked at the website and also at its English version and it seems to me that the correct translation would be rather "Special selection of botrytis-affected noble berries" ... Special selection of berries is "Výběr z bobulí"... would you agree?

neutrální  Gerry Vickers: I would say that 'berries' (grapes) are by definition not overripe :) Indeed you are right, they are not synonymous, but grapes are berries http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berry (as is a banana, theoretically) and raisins are overripe berries :)

-> berries and grapes are not synonyms. grapes by definition are not overripe, berries are (in this context of course)

neutrální  Igor Liba: I think noble berries (I would prefer grapes) means just ripest grapes and not botrytis-affected grapes / IMHO noble means just the best quality - I am missing the the word borrytis or similar in your answer

-> Nope, Igor, "noble rot" this is a (IMO "nicer") synonym for botrytis. Google to your heart's content, look it up in a dict or go ask a sommelier. BTW your answer above wld be right if this was Tokaj wine and not Veltiner / yum, rot. it'll be a best
