Non iniziare con una compressa qualunque. Se, per esempio, si inizia a prendere le compresse di mercoledì, si deve prendere dalla prima fila in alto la compressa contrassegnata (sul retro) con MER. Prendere la compressa ogni giorno tutti i giorni, possibilmente alla stessa ora. La compressa deve essere inghiottita intera, con un po' d'acqua. Le nombre d’accords et le changement de politiques sur l’accès préférentiel soulèvent des inquiétudes quant aux répercussions économiques, sociales et environnementales de l’évolution du secteur TH dans la région.
