my name is ab. I’m interface developer at z. Currently I am working on the development of the interface to import financial data from h into z.

To start with the development, I need the following information from you:

• Database dump for at least one accounting area (preferably two, if available) and min. two closed financial years (for example 2012 and 2013). This database dump should be in a format which can be restored in MS SQL Server 2012, i. e. the file extension must be *.bak.
• Balance sheets with the opening balance of two years (for example 2012 and 2013) and a balance sheet with the amounts of the first period of these two years. This is necessary to validate the correctness of the imported data.
• Contact data of a person which know the data model of Helios Green, e. g. in which tables are the needed information.
• Contact data of a person for questions about Helios Green (member of your accounting department).
• Contact data of a person for technical questions (member of your IT department).

I think for the last three points you are my contact person, too.
