Sehr geehrter Herr xxx und
sehr geehrte Frau xxx,
wir möchten Sie hiermit zu unserem Auswahlverfahren für ein Spezialfondsmandat mit globalen High Yield Unternehmensanleihen mit einem Mindestvolumen von 50 Mio. € einladen. Wir suchen ein aktives Kreditmanagement mit der Ratinguntergrenze von BB- (auf Basis des schlechtestem Ra-ting), welches in Euro gehedged wird.
Für das Auswahlverfahren können sowohl komplette High Yield Strategien eingebracht werden, als auch individuelle Managementansätze, mit der von uns gewünschten Ratingbegrenzung. Portfolioda-ten als carve-out für den BB-Bereich werden ebenfalls gerne akzeptiert. Der Managementansatz sollte jedoch keine Kredit-Allokationsmodelle mit anderen Assetklassen (z.B. EMD etc.) oder Barbellstrate-gien mit Unternehmensanleihen in den hohen Ratingklassen (AAA bis BBB) beinhalten.
Für dieses Auswahlverfahren haben wir einen eigenen Fragebogen in Excel entwickelt. Es sind spezi-elle Felder als Antwortfelder vorgesehen, die Sie bitte entsprechend ausfüllen möchten. Aufgrund der gewünschten kurzfristigen Umsetzung, können nur vollständig ausgefüllte Fragebögen berücksichtigt werden. Ausgelassene Antworten werden nicht nachträglich eingefordert. Alle Antworten sind aus-schließlich in die beigefügte Exceldatei einzufügen. Der Fragebogen ist nur auf Deutsch; die Antwor-ten können auch auf Englisch gegeben werden. Sofern Zusatzdateien zugelassen werden, bitten wir Sie diese der Antwortmail beizufügen und einen Hinweis über das Datenformat (pdf, Word, Excel etc.) in der Antwortzelle anzugeben.

Překlad - angličtina Selection process for a special fund mandate for BB- corporate debt
we would like to invite you to our selection process for a special fund mandate with global high yield corporate debt, minimum volume will be €50m. The search is for an actively managed credit management with minimum rating of BB- (based on the worst rating), which is hedged into Euro.
For the selection procedure both complete High Yield strategies as well as individual management approaches will be considered, with the required rating limit. Portfolio data as a carve-out for the BB- sector will also be accepted. The management approach should not however contain any credit allocation models with other asset classes (e.g. EMD etc) or barbell strategies with corporate debt in the high rating categories (AAA to BBB).
For this selection process we have devised our own questionnaire in Excel. Specific fields are designated for the answers; we would be grateful if they could be filled in accordingly. Because of the required quick turnaround of response, only fully completed questionnaires will be considered. Omitted answers will not be followed up later. All answers must be inserted into the attached excel file. The questionnaire is only available in German; the answers can also be given in English. Wherever additional files are permitted, we ask you to attach these to the reply email and give a reference to the file format (pdf, word, excel, etc) used in the answer field.
