Segmentation rule for \n in an xlf file

Hello!

I have received a pretty large xlf file from a client, which is unfortunately not prepared too well in the following style:
text.\n\n • text.\n • some more text

with several bullet points and \n new line tags.

I've tried different segmentation rules in memoQ (7.8)), but nothing worked so far.

Any help is welcome
