Hello, (To the Proz staff) I've realized that you recently sorted the personal glossaries based on number of words. See more Hello, (To the Proz staff) I've realized that you recently sorted the personal glossaries based on number of words. This was fine, as they were really in disorder and because I have many, it took me a while to locate the place where I wanted to add terms. I have a couple suggestions: 1) Can we better sort the glossaries alphabetically? This will even make it easier and quicker. 2) Could you make it possible for us to rename the glossaries? The reason for this is that I years ago when I posted my first glossaries, I gave them general names, such as "Science" or "Engineering" but later on, when I continued working with more specific subjects, I have terms for "Biology" or "Physics"; and "Electrical Engineering" or "Industrial Engineering" which I don't want to post in the Science or Engineering glossaries. Then I have one, for example, that says "It and Telecommunications" but I would like to rename it as "IT and computers, or IT and software", just to name an example. The possibility to rename a glossary is not there. Thanks! ▲ Collapse | | | Astrid Elke Witte Niemcy Local time: 07:47 Członek ProZ.com od 2002 niemiecki > angielski + ... Hi Cristina, I have loads of glossaries, too. If I look at the list, there is a link beside the name of each one which says "Rename". I think something is wrong if you do not have that link to click, and you should submit a support ticket. I did rename a lot of mine a few months ago. Astrid

The option "Terms not in Any Glossary" I once used to place some terms that I wasn't sure where to put, due to lack of time. Now I know where to place them, and would like to erase them from there but I can't...
