Dear colleagues,

I have happily worked as a freelance translator for 5+ years. Now, for different reasons, I *may* be considering setting up my own translation agency. Before doing so, I'd like to prepare and gather some relevant info that could help me make my choice.

I am writing to ask colleagues who have made the transition from freelancing to running their own translation agency if they may be willing to:

I am writing to ask colleagues who have made the transition from freelancing to running their own translation agency if they may be willing to:

2. Share resources (articles, guidelines, tips) that could help me better understand the practical implications of this step (from an admin, bureaucratic, managerial point of view).
