When a job offer says it was posted, say, at 6:07 am, what time zone are we talking about?

P.S. I apologize if this has been beaten into the ground, but the search engine doesn't like strings like "GMT" or "EST" and my eyes have gone fuzzy scanning screens full of text about "time" and "deadline."
