工作说明：
Welocalize is actively seeking a Localization Engineer with Korean language skills. Localization Engineers have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, high motivation to learn and master new platforms, creativity, and the ability to adapt to fast changing situations. This engineer will be assigned to optimizing the technical workflow between multiple programs.

Main Duties:

Understand the current workflow between major CAT tools and Korean language program
Test and develop and optimized workflow that significantly reduces the number of steps required to convert files between tools
Familiarity with .hlt and .hlz files

Required Skills
• At least three years’ experience in Process Engineering, Localization Production, or a substantially similar field is required
• Ability to work with tools in Korean
• Familiarity with .hlt and .hlz files
• Operational experience with major CAT tools
• Process and Workflow design, development, implementation
• Operational experience with Desktop Publishing applications
• Strong written and oral communication skills
