hi Vlado, I think this is an internal corporate lingo matter, I've seen department heads, seen it on their badges, but also managers (possible most popular in USA)...then again my mom was the intensive care unit supervisor, and she was indeed its manager, or head...I don't think the reader will be confused.

2 Scott Are you sure about supervisor? I have always though (and seen) director, manager, chief manager, but supervisor was some external (either from other department or from other company) person, who supervided over some processes.
