InQuote app not working on Studio 2019

1. According to PaulF on the app's reviews pages, you need to contact the app developer e.g. via the app developer subforum on the official Trados forums:

2. I installed InQuote for Studio 2021 and got the same error message. InQuote then loaded it's dialog, but when I specified my projects folder, no projects loaded into the dialog.

However, I then fixed the error message by going to this folder:
C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Roaming\SDL Community
and creating a subfolder "Invoice" with a subfolder "Office Templates", as specified by the error message.

Then, InQuote runs without the error message *and* it loads a list of my projects into its dialog.

However, I still could not get InQuote to generate a quote. If I select to export the quote to Word or Excel, then I get the same error message as Alessio about "object reference not set". If I select to export to the clipboard, InQuote sometimes says the export is successful (but my clipboard remains empty) but sometimes gives me that error message (depending on which project I try it with). I also created a "client" with values inserted, but that does not affect the problem either.
