Untranslated text in the translated file

I faced this kind of problem two times over the period I've been working with SDL Trados Studio 2017:
After the translation was done 100%, I saved the translated file but a part of the text in it was still untranslated. While these sentences were translated, and no errors were reported in the editor tab, I failed to achieve proper saving of the target file and had to revise the text manually.
