I am a dedicated translator with a few years of professional translation
experience, and a great interest in language and written communication since
early childhood. I have a master’s degree in translation science, focusing on translation
from French to Swedish, but I also work professionally with texts in English
and Sango. My professional background is diverse, with the common denominator
that I have almost constantly been working in multilingual contexts where
translating and interpreting between my different languages have been part of
the everyday work. On numerous occasions, I have also specifically taken on
translation tasks within my various work positions and in my spare time. Long
before I decided to fully invest in a career as a language professional, I was
already consistently relied upon for various language related tasks and projects
such as subtitling video material in Sango or proofreading other people’s texts.
