I am a UK-based Japanese-English translator specialising in the medical and scientific field. I hold a BSc degree in veterinary medicine intercalated with immunology and cancel biology. I am level N1 Japanese proficiency and have lived and worked in Japanese intermittently over the past 10 years and have experience of office, teaching and service industry work in the Japanese working environment. Projects undertaken include translation of scientific papers, product brochures, promotional manga, speeches, Youtube video subtitling and voice-over anime work.
