Hi - I am having difficult rendering this properly in English - attachment to the extent that..... a large enough attachment that? This seems to have to do with a concept in Swedish law (with regard to the following part concerning seizure). It appears in the following. Thanks for your help!

The issue I'm questioning is how that fits with the rest of the sentence. Does this mean that the sequestration/attachment is of such an amount that it will likely be covered through foreclosure/seizure, that were it a lessor amount it would be covered by other means? |
