Peaceableness, an alert, informed, practiced, active state of being, is what we nurture at Lake Country. Our classrooms are structured to help children be compassionate people who solve problems peacefully. We talk about peaceful resolution instead of conflict resolution. We don't avoid the very real presence of conflict in our community, but our method for resolving those differences is to focus on the ultimate goal of resolution arrived at peaceably.
