Child Support Agency (UK)
Was one of ex-Prime Minister's Margaret Thatcher's brilliant ideas for nailing wayward fathers, some of whom literally never survived the dogged recovery process. The Agency lives on even if some of the fathers don't.

: The Norwegian agency is translated "Maintenance Support Office". The name of the equivalent agency in the UK is not relevant.
