My best idea for this is "loan servicing charges". Given the context that's what it appears to mean. But I haven't found this term used in this context. https://www.proz.com/kudoz/french-to-english/other/521436-lo... is a completely different context, and in any event my comments on the answers there reflect my opinion that none is that great.

My best idea for this is "loan servicing charges". Given the context that's what it appears to mean. I also think '...déterminé en fonction du montant de l'emprunt...' - as a calculation - happens to be a 'loan servicing charge' diversion and distraction from the true flavo(u)r of this hybrid licence / rent payment- mesne profits payable by a squatter or buyer of UK property in possession paying interest pre-completion -> '---un loyer annuel actualisé chaque année'.
And, no. Licence Rentcharge (for the Grant) doesn't Google, but sthg. needs to be found inductively from the hallowed context, rather than deductively from the 'French'.

: If a rent is payable under a licence, surely the licence would be deemed a lease (at least under English law, pace Street v Mountford) so is this not a confusing translation?
