This is obviously a name referred to in an agreement

My considerations are such: 1. you should find out if this is just the name of a company being a forwarder (transportno-ekspiditsionnaya kompaniya) which participates in a contract to deliver some cargo or goods purcahsed. If this is it, you may freely transliterate the name - 'Dhzeneral Timsters' (in Cyrillic). 2. If, in the same contract - and I feel you are translating a kind of it, or an invoice, or else - there's an agreed term like 'hereinafter referred to as "General Teamsters"' - then you may try translating, depending on the context: Glavny Driftior (sudno); Glavny Skotopromyshlennik - the plural form usually denotes ONE entity in legal documents. If you have additional information, I will gladly help you with this. Radian

Profsoyuz voditelei gruzovikov

BIK (above) suggested a very good answer and explanation, Natasha - Local 777 is CERTAINLY NOT a freight forwarding company. The word "teamsters" comes from the old "team drivers", i.e. people who drove teams of horses (izvozchiki, kuchera), and survived to our time. It is also one of the very first Trade Unions to be established and it used to be notorious for much violence and corruption (you might have heard of Jimmy Hoffa).

Teamster - truck driver or (more frequently used) a member of Teamsters Union

members of 777 local division of labor union called "Teamsters Union". I cannot fancy any other explanation. Moreover the word "General" means "No certain purpose" and referred to truck specialization.
