English term

goods which are subject to a reservation of title

English to German Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright EULA
Hi All,

Here is the context, this is part of a EULA:

13. Reservation of Title.
ABC Solutions shall retain title to the goods supplied until full payment has been made.
If the Licensee is a merchant ("Kaufmann") the goods which are subject to a reservation of title may be used in the ordinary course of business.

I found "Vorbehaltsware" for this term - is this correct?

Waren, die dem Eigentumsvorbehalt unterliegen
