Best: "Cilantro" - Second best: Koriander

"Cilantro" is Mexican Spanish for coriander leaves used as seasoning in Mexican dishes. I would leave it as is unless you feel the German name is absolutely necessary, or perhaps "mexikanischer Koriander" in brackets after "cilantro".

Geröstetes Kartoffelfladenbrot mit Koriandersauce

When searching the internet I find Cilantro generally explained as "frischer Koriander" or "Korianderkraut" so I'm sticking with Koriander. But it occurred to me that you would like the whole thing translated so I gave a suggestion.
"Geröstete Kartoffelfladen" is better if individual flat breads are meant.
The creme fraiche has gone missing aswell, if it is essential it would be " mit Creme Fraiche mit Koriander". Doesn't sound too good though.

FRISCHE KORIANDERBLÄTTE

Cilantro or culantro > * Latin Coriandrum (in Latin of the Middle Ages * Celiandrum)

Go to www-ang.kfunigraz.ac.at/~katzer/germ/generic_frame.html?spice_over.html

and read all about it

a.o.:

"Cilantro" in German is "Koreander"

My information on "Koreander" stems from the Executive Director of the American Botanical Council. He is the authority on herbs, etc.
