English to Czech Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)

Jedná se o "Manufacturing Services Agreement". Jedna společnost je označena jako "Principal", tak nevím, jestli to s tímto souvisí:

XY is engaged in determining the global overall vision and strategy for the business unit and providing guidance to the management of various other group entities in its capacity as Principal. (tato společnost je zodpovědná za tvorbu určitých pokynů a specifikací pro výrobu a druhá společnost podle těchto pokynů zajišťuje výrobu)

XY is entitled to earn an economic principal fee for its principal services carried out in light of the manufacturing services agreement.
