Probably, this one would be clearer: \"官方关于其历史的标志\"。In other words, 在该标志上有官方关于其历史的记载。
According to the Advanced Learner\'s Dictionary of Current English (即: 现代高级英汉双解词典, Oxford University Press), “historical” means “having to do with history - 有关历史的”.

this does not sound like standard English...

It is difficult if you are working from a non-standard text...This seems to be a translation from another language, such as Italian...

It can be rephrased: Serrenti Stone has been used since ancient times in the construction of buildings in the vicinity of Serrenti. We have official historical records (or verified archaeological evidence)of this from the 1300s.
