I propose this alternative which I think keeps more similarities with the original structure, but Berni's answer is OK, too.

: "L'aire remogut, més que no pas refredat, pels ventiladors elèctrics". Em sembla l'opció més encertada de totes. L'aire es remou, no es belluga. "...rather than..." queda reflectit en català amb "...més que no pas..." Sort.

l'aire no més bellugat, en lloc de ser refrescat pel ventilador
