I try to renew my membership of Proz.com, after I got some e-mails that tell me renewel doesn't work automatically because there is something wrong the payment method.
As far as I can see, the e-mails are genuine.
Problem is: if I want to change the situation, the links on proz.com turn me around and around, but I don't find any place where I can enter information to pay for my membership.

My bank details are correct, I've always renewed in the same way and I get a message saying that my bank has imposed a restriction on payment.
I have submitted a ticket support...
This is one more bug, I'm sure of that!
I've had enough of this s***!

Frustrating and I see no use in Proz.com anymore

I tried to make this transaction again with no luck.
I have got another message:
The staff didn't reply to my support ticket. It seems there are more than 95 help requests in queue...
To be honest, I don't feel like renewing my subscription this time.
It's frustrating and I see no use in Proz.com anymore. It's a shame to say it, but it's the truth.

The past few days there have been issues with adding projects to the project history as well.
I think we've entered the Intensive Care stage of this website. Forum interactions are continuously decreasing and site staff seems to have vanished from the earth. I also noticed the "Create your own website through Proz" thing seems to have lost its momentum.
I even wonder if the "new" website will ever see the day of light.
It's curious how Proz seems to be a me... See more

The staff have already given me an answer, but it's like ‘machine translation’: they give a mechanical/automatic answer.
I've wasted time and energy on this. I called my bank and there were no restrictions. I was forced to use another card and we'll see if it works now or not.
What has probably happened is that Proz has made some changes in the terms of subscription payments. That's the only thing I can think of.

P.S.: While I was writing this, I got an email saying "Payment has been received for your ProZ.com membership subscription", but when I go to that page, Error 503 appears 😂
