There will be presentations by International scholars about literary and audiovisual translating, but not only.
Even though the title doesn't mention it, there will also be a couple of presentation about interpreting. Namiko Iida, in particular, will be talking about community interpreting in Japan. I would love to hear what she has to say, as community interpreting is still very rare in Japan, at least compared to countries like Australia.
