Imap Server pop up "Unknown Greeting"

I keep getting a pop up when using Outlook "The IMAP server has created an unkown greeting" or something similar (I'm transñating from the Spanish message "El servidor IMAP ha generado un saludo desconocido") I have to click it a number of times, sometimes 2x sometimes a dozen to make it go away.

If I click on details I get

K Hello there.
Protocolo: IMAP
Servidor: mail.mydomain.com
Puerto: 110

This started after we installed a wi-fi network, don't know if that has had a bearing
