If an emergency occurs, the Owner may enter the unit without consent or notice.
b. The Owner is not responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear caused by the carelessness, misuse, neglect or intentional act of Tenant or any member of the Tenant’s household or guest(s). The Tenant is responsible to reimburse Owner for these costs within thirty (30) days of demand for payment. Failure to do so will result in grounds for termination of tenancy.
c. The Tenant must maintain utilities. Failure to do so shall be grounds for termination of tenancy.
d. The Tenant must pay for any utilities and provide any appliances that the Owner is not required to pay for or provide under the lease. Failure to do so shall be grounds for termination of tenancy.
e. Tenant’s Obligation.
(1) Tenant shall keep the dwelling in a clean and sanitary condition and shall otherwise comply with all state and local laws requiring Tenant to maintain rented premises.

■ Make sure that when the dishwasher door is closed no items are blocking the detergent dispenser.
■ Items should be loaded with soiled surfaces facing down and inward to the spray as shown in the graphics above. This will improve cleaning and drying results.
■ Avoid overlapping items like bowls or plates that may trap food.
■ Place plastics, small plates and glasses in the upper rack.
■ Wash only items marked “dishwasher safe.”
■ To avoid thumping/clattering noises during operation: Load dishes so they do not touch one another. Make sure lightweight load items are secured in the racks.
■ When loading silverware, always place sharp
items pointing down and avoid “nesting” as
shown. If your silverware does not fit into the
designated slots, flip the covers up and mix
silverware types to keep them separated.
■ Use suggested loading patterns, as shown, to better clean your silverware.
■ Use the slots in the covers to keep your silverware separated for optimum wash. (See illustration.)

10. Food or medicine loss due to product failure.
11. Pick-up or delivery. This product is intended for in-home repair.
12. Travel or transportation expenses for service in remote locations where an authorized Whirlpool servicer is not available.
13. Removal or reinstallation of inaccessible appliances or built-in fixtures (i.e. trim,
decorative panels, flooring, cabinetry, islands, countertoPhil Sobet, drywall, etc.) that interfere with servicing, removal or replacement of the product.
14. Service or parts for appliances with original model/serial numbers removed, altered or not easily determined.
The cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances shall be borne by the customer.

Prevalence
As for the RVOT gradient the gradient across the RVOT (right ventricular outflow tract), Maron B. et al. reported that a mild gradient (5 Æ 25 mmHg) may occur with certain frequencies and the real prevalence of the severe RV involvement with high gradient across the RVOT Is still unknown. A final analysis of this data shows that a mild RV involvement is quite frequent whereas severe involvement is quite unusual.
Genetics
HCM is genetically transmitted as autosomal dominant trait with variable expressivity and incomplete penetrance. Molecular genetics studies have identified more than 100 mutations which are responsible for the disease.
These mutations involve about 10 genes encoding sarcomeric protein, contractile, structural or regulator/control type. The most involved genes are those that encode the b-myosin heavy chain, the myosin-binding protein C and troponim T that explain ¾ of HCM cases.
So far genetic mutation related to the RV involvement in the disease are still unknown. In 4 cases of children with an early diagnosis of RV involvement in HCM there seems to be an autosomal-recessive pattern of inheritance.
Histological aspect
It is substantially similar to that of LV, a superimposed pathogenesis. There is therefore myosite and myocardial disarray, which involves/affect from lesser than 5% to greater than 50% of the myocardial tissue, focal or diffused myocardial fibrosis and thickening of intramural arterioles wall with lume reduction.
Both hypertrophy and interstitial fibrosis are considered ways of compensating for regional contractile (function) alteration. These changes are not either pathognomonic or detectable in all (the) patients affected by HCM, which involves RV.
Therefore a diagnosis cannot be confirmed by their presence or excluded by their absence.
The involvement pattern
The distribution pattern in LV hypertrophy in HCM is notoriously changeable, with a prevalence of both asymmetric and concentric forms, which are in the apex in some sporadic cases.
Similarly, as for the RV the involvement pattern can vary from concentric hypertrophy forms to located hypertrophy forms, for example, at the apex, at the mean baseline septum or at free walls as well. Therefore, there are different types of RV involvement patterns.
The right outflow obstruction is exclusively connected to asymmetric hypertrophy forms and in these cases, from a functional point of view, we can have:
• A pattern with a severe obstruction of the RVTE
- With obstruction of the left ventricular outflow trait. (LVTE)
- Without obstruction of the LVTE
• A pattern without a severe obstruction of the RVTE
According to medical journals, from a morphological point of view, patterns, on the contrary, are in a larger quantity:
• Slight RV concentric hypertrophy
• Involvement of the crista terminalis, moderator band or tricuspid valve’s papillary muscle
• Asymettric hypertrophy (mean or basal septum, apex…) with or without a severe RTVE obstruction
• Severe RTVE obstruction without the LTVE impediment, caused by the projection of the mean or basal septum, which is hypertrophied into the right ventricular cavity.

Per quanto concerne il gradiente nel tratto di efflusso ventricolare destro (TEVD), sappiamo a oggi da Maron B. et al. che un gradiente lieve (5 Æ 25 mmHg) può ricorrere con una certa frequenza e che non si conosce a oggi la reale prevalenza del coinvolgimento destro di grado severo e con un elevato gradiente nel TEVD. Da un’analisi riassuntiva di questi dati emerge come un interessamento di grado lieve del VD sia abbastanza frequente, mentre è del tutto inusuale un coinvolgimento di grado severo.
Genetica
La CMI è trasmessa geneticamente come tratto
autosomico-dominante con espressività variabile e
penetranza incompleta. Gli studi di genetica molecolare hanno identificato a oggi più di 100 mutazioni responsabili della malattia. Le mutazioni sono a carico di circa 10 geni tutti codificanti per proteine sarcomeriche (contrattili, strutturali o regolatrici). I geni più frequentemente implicati sono quelli che codificano per la catena pesante della b-miosina, la proteina C legante la miosina e la troponina T che insieme spiegano circa tre quarti dei casi di CMI. A oggi non si ha ancora notizia riguardo a mutazioni genetiche correlate al coinvolgimento del VD nella malattia. In 4 casi
di bambini con diagnosi precoce di CMI a interessamento destro sembrava esserci un’ereditarietà a tipo autosomico-recessivo.
Aspetto istologico
È sostanzialmente simile a quello del ventricolo sinistro, suggerendo una patogenesi sovrapponibile.
Possiamo trovare quindi disarray dei miociti e delle miofibrille che interessa da 50% del tessuto miocardico, fibrosi miocardica focale o diffusa e ispessimento della parete delle arteriole intramurali con riduzione del lume.
Sia l’ipertrofia sia la fibrosi interstiziale sono
considerate forme di compenso all’alterazione contrattile locale. Tali alterazioni non sono patognomoniche né riscontrabili in tutti i pazienti affetti da CMI estesa al VD, per cui la diagnosi non può essere confermata dalla loro presenza né esclusa per la loro assenza.
Pattern di coinvolgimento
Il pattern di distribuzione dell’ipertrofia nel ventricolo sinistro nella CMI è notoriamente variabile, con prevalenza delle forme asimmetriche, ma anche con forme concentriche, in casi più rari localizzate all’apice.
Allo stesso modo, per il VD il pattern di coinvolgimento può variare da forme di ipertrofia concentrica a forme di ipertrofia localizzata, ad esempio, all’apice o al setto medio/basale oppure ancora alla parete libera. Esistono quindi diversi tipi di pattern di coinvolgimento del VD.
L’ostruzione all’efflusso destro è legata esclusivamente a forme di ipertrofia asimmetrica e in tali casi dal punto di vista funzionale possiamo avere:
• Un pattern con severa ostruzione del TEVD
– con ostruzione del tratto di efflusso ventricolare
sinistro (TEVS)
– senza ostruzione del TEVS
• Un pattern senza ostruzione severa del TEVD.
Dal punto di vista esclusivamente morfologico, i pattern riportati in letteratura sono invece più numerosi:
• Lieve ipertrofia concentrica del VD
• Coinvolgimento della crista terminalis o della banda moderatrice o ancora del muscolo papillare della valvola tricuspide
• Ipertrofia asimmetrica (setto medio o basale, apice…) con o senza una severa ostruzione del TEVD
• Severa ostruzione del TEVD senza ostruzione del
TEVS, causata dalla proiezione del setto medio o
basale ipertrofizzato nella cavità ventricolare destra.
