Der Niveauschalter -pneumatisch- Typ NP-250/251 zeichnet sich als sehr zuverlässiger und einfacher Fühler zur Abtastung von Flüssigkei- ten, insbesondere als Überlauf- schutz aus. Die Flüssigkeiten können aggressiv, klebrig oder stark verun- reinigt sein. Außerdem kann der Schalter zur Signalisierung von Mini- malständen eingesetzt werden. Der Einsatz kann nur in offenen und drucklosen Behältern, Tanks etc. er- folgen.
Der Niveauschalter wird in PVC oder Edelstahl (1.4571) geliefert und be- sitzt einen Membran-Wechselschal- ter aus Viton, der auf Überdruck (150 mm Wassersäule) anspricht.
Die Betriebssicherheit des Schalters bei Verwendung als MinMax- Schalter sowie als Trockenlauf- schutz ist nur dann gegeben, wenn die Leerung oder Teilleerung der Be- hälter, Tanks etc. in regelmäßigen Abständen erfolgt, damit sich die Luft im Staurohr erneuern kann.
Wird ein doppelter Überlaufschutz (Redundanz) gewünscht, so ist die Flanschausführung 2-fach zu ver- wenden.
Die Niveauschalter können auch in Mehrfachversion geliefert werden (siehe Prospekt 07-01-02E).

Пневматический тип переключателя давления NP 250/251 зарекомендовал себя как надежный и простой датчик уровня жидкости, в частности используемый как система защиты от перелива. Жидкость может быть опасная, липкая или же сильно загрязнённая. Переключатель можно также использовать для определения минимального уровня. Использовать переключатель необходимо в открытых резервуарах, баках и т.д.
Переключатель давления изготовлен из ПВХ или нержавеющей стали (1.4571) и имеет мембранный переключатель из вайтона, который отвечает за избыточное давление (водомер 150 мм). Техническая надежность переключателя минимального-максимального уровня воды и защита от пересыхания гарантируется только в случае, если резервуары, баки и т.д. поддерживают регулярный интервал, при котором они пусты полностью или частично, чтобы воздух мог попадать в напорную трубку.
Если необходима двойная защита от переливания (резервирование), то следует использовать усложненную конструкцию.

These safety instructions apply to any employee of the biogas plant. The instructions provided here apply only to the delivery of the FARMATIC, this means on digester including acessories. The safety assessment of the overall system is up to the general contractor and operator.
• The operating and maintenance instructions apply to all operators of the biogas plant. It is to be followed closely according to the application area of responsibility.
• Entering the facility is not permitted to unauthorized persons.
• The equipment may be operated and maintained by authorized persons.
• In addition to this manual and other instructions of the management must be observed, especially the accident prevention regulations (german UVV), the professional organisation, the relevant laws, regulations and safety rules. Similarly, the safety and operating instructions of each supplier must be observed (See attached documents).
• Owners and operators of biogas tanks are obliged to create conditions for an effective health and safety prevention. They have to keep the accident prevention regulations for the staff and provide the appropriate protective equipment, rescue equipment, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, etc.. Personal protective equipment such as goggles and gloves are to be kept ready for the operator.
• The vaccination of staff must be checked regularly.
• Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the area of the plant.
• Bringing and consuming alcohol and alcoholic mixtures is strictly prohibited.
• New employees and any other operator at least once a year have to be told about the foregoing provisions with its focus on explaining. The teachings are to be confirmed by signature.
• Visitors must be instructed accordingly.

Данные правила техники безопасности относятся к любому сотруднику биогазового завода. Инструкции, предоставленные здесь относятся только к технике FARMATIC, то есть автоклаву и его комплектующим. Оценка безопасности общей системы зависит от генерального подрядчика и оператора.
• Инструкция по эксплуатации и техническому обслуживанию подходит для всех операторов биогазового завода. Следует ее придерживаться согласно области применения ответственности.
• Вход на объект посторонним лицам запрещен.
• Оборудование могут эксплуатировать и обслуживать уполномоченные лица.
• В добавок к этому руководству должны быть приняты во внимание и другие инструкции, особенно правила техники безопасности, профессиональная организация, соответствующие законы, нормативные акты и правила безопасности. Точно так же инструкции по безопасности и эксплуатации каждого поставщика должны быть соблюдены (см. прилагаемые документы).
• Владельцы и операторы биогазовых установок обязаны создавать условия для профилактики здоровья и безопасности. Они должны установить правила техники безопасности для служащих и обеспечить необходимым защитным оборудованием, спасательным оборудованием, аптечкой, огнетушителем и т.д. Средства индивидуальной защиты, такие как защитные очки и перчатки должны быть предоставлены оператору.
• Регулярно должна проводиться вакцинация для сотрудников.
• Курение и открытый огонь строго запрещены на территории завода.
• Приносить и употреблять алкогольные напитки строго запрещено.
• Новым работникам и операторам следует по крайней мере раз в год проводить инструктаж по вышеизложенным положениям, с пошаговым объяснением. Проведение инструктажа должно быть подтверждено подписью.
• Посетителям должен быть проведен инструктаж соответственно.
