نجحت دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة في ان تفرض نفسها كوجهة سياحية مهمة في
خارطة السياحة العالمية ، بعد ان وفرت كل المقومات الاساسية لصناعة السياحة وأنشأت
مؤسسات جديدة للترويج السياحي ، وانجزت عددا كبيرا من المرافق السياحية الحيوية ،
بحيث اصبحت جميع امارات الدولة مركزا للجذب السياحي من مختلف دول العالم .
أبوظبي
أبوظبي، عاصمة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تمتزج فيها العراقة والحداثة، فتشكلان معاً لوحة بديعة زاخرة بالمعالم التاريخية، والطبيعية، والعمرانية. تكتسي مدينة أبوظبي ثوباً أخضر في كل الفصول، وتتحلى بالكثير من مراكز الجذب السياحي، والمرافق المتطورة، ما جعلها الوجهة المفضلة للسياح والمقيمين على السواء.
تتكون إمارة أبوظبي من ثلاث مناطق رئيسة، أولها منطقة أبوظبي، أما الثانية، فهي المنطقة الشرقية التي تقع فيها مدينة العين، أما المنطقة الثالثة، فهي المنطقة الغربية.
دبي
تعتبر دبي العاصمة التجارية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وقلبها النابض بالحركة النشطة، وهي المركز التجاري لأهل الخليج قاطبة، وقد أطلق على مدينة دبي 'لؤلؤة الخليج'. وسماها البعض 'عروس الخليج' وذلك لإعجابهم بجمال المدينة المطلة على ضفتي الخور، والخور هو خليج مائي يخترق مدينة دبي، ويمتد داخلها قرابة الخمسة عشر كيلو متراً، ليقسمها الى قسمين رئيسين، هما القسم الجنوبي، ويسمى بر دبي، وهو يمثل النشاط الرسمي للإمارة،والقسم الشمالي من المدينة يسمى بر ديرة، وهو مركز الحركة التجارية الكبيرة الواسعة بالإمارة، حيث يضم المتاجر والأسواق الفخمة، والمراكز التجارية الحديثة.
الشارقة
"ابتسم أنت في الشارقة" يطالعك هذا الشعار في شوارع الإمارة فتشعر بالبهجة وجو الراحة وتعتبر الشارقة مركز الثقافة في الإمارات ، وجهها مشرق ، جميلة ساحرة مقصد السياح ، وتحظى بإقبال منقطع النظير من أبناء دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي اكتسبت إمارة الشارقة طابعاً متميزاً بفضل التطور والتحديث الذي شهدته ، ومن خلال الندوات والمحاضرات والليالي الفنية والمسرحية، والأمسيات الثقافية والمهرجانات التي تقام فيها على ضفاف بحيرة خالد يمكن الاستمتاع بكل الأنشطة والرياضات البحرية ، وفي سوقها الإسلامي نموذج رائع لفن العمارة الإسلامية ، ومتعة حقيقة في التسوق.

United Arab of Emirates succeeded in proving itself as being important tourist destination on the international tourist map, after concurring all the basic factors and infrastructures of the tourism industry, building new authorities for tourist promotion and establishing many vital tourist facilities, therefore all the states of the Emirates became a real tourist attraction center for the whole countries of the world.
Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi is the capital of the United Arab of Emirates. It combines the modernity and the authenticity, as forming a unique tableau; it is rich in the historical, natural and urban places. Abu Dhabi is covered with green color allover the year and in all seasons. It has many attractive tourist centers and advanced facilities, so it became the preferred destination for the tourists and the local inhabitants all alike.
Abu Dhabi consists of three main areas, firstly Abu Dhabi area, secondly is the Eastern Area, which encompasses Al Ain city and thirdly is the Western Area.
Dubai
Dubai is the commercial capital of the United Arab of Emirates and its throbbing heart of hectic movement. It is considered the trade center for the whole Gulf citizens entirely. It is called " The Gulf Pearl", however it is called "The Gulf Pride" by others, because of their admiration of its unique location, which overlooks the two banks of- "Al Khour"- a water bay crossing Dubai, and goes through the city for almost 15 Km., to divide it into 2 principal sections, the South - "Bar Dubai" – Dubai Mainland, which constitutes the official activity of the emirate, and the Northern Section of the city- "Bar Deera" – Deera Mainland that encompasses all the supermarkets, grandiose markets and the modern malls.
Sharjah
"Smile, you are in Sharjah"
This is the slogan which you view in all the streets of this emirate, hence you feel its glamour and comfort atmosphere. Sharjah is considered the cultural center of the United Arab of Emirates and its bright face. It is lovely, enchanting city and tourist destination. Sharjah witnesses unprecedented sweeping of the GCC natives. It has a unique nature, because of the development and modernization wave that took place there. The visitor may attend the seminars, lectures, artistic and theatre nights which are held, and he can enjoy all the marine sports and activities as well. Additionally, its Islamic market is a real marvelous model of the Islamic architecture art and a genuine shopping enjoyment.

NGSCO is currently carrying out an ongoing program of leadership training in an effort to further develop the growing safety culture within the company. The pillars of this leadership training are based on the 10 core safety leadership qualities as identified in “Leading for Safety” by the MCA.
Translation - Arabic تطوير ثقافة السلامة من خلال سلوكيات قيادة جيدة
إن ثقافة السلامة في أي مؤسسة هي نتاج للقيم الفردية والجماعية وكذلك إداراكات وكفاءات ونماذج السلوك التي تحدد اسلوب وكفاءة ومدى الإلتزام بإدارة الصحة والسلامة بالمؤسسة.
وتتسم المؤسسات التي تتمتع بثقافة سلامة إيجابية بالإتصالات والحوار الجيد تلك القائمة على الثقة المتبادلة، وكذلك الإدركات المشتركة حول أهمية السلامة، فضلا عن الثقة في فعالية الإجراءات الوقائية.
والآن تقوم NGSCO بتنفيذ برنامج مستمر خاص بتدريب القيادة في محاولة منها للمضي قدما في تطوير ثقافة السلامة المتنامية في الشركة. وتقوم ركائز تدريب القيادة على 10 خواص أساسية تتعلق بقيادة السلامة، كما هو منصوص عليه في دليل "القيادة من أجل السلامة" الخاص بوكالة البحرية وخفر السواحل – MCA.
