ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้สูงอายุมีระดับการศึกษาชั้นประถมศึกษาร้อยละ 59.90 โดยส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้ประกอบอาชีพร้อยละ 47.80 รายได้ต่อเดือนอยู่ที่ 1,000 – 7,500 บาท ร้อยละ 77.20 และไม่มีโรคประจำตัวร้อยละ 51.50 และพบว่าปัจจัยที่ส่งผลคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในชมรมผู้สูงอายุตำบลบ้านกร่าง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดพิษณุโลกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p-value < 0.05 มี 5 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1) เพศ (p-value = 0.004) 2) การรับรู้ประโยชน์การดูแลสุขภาพ (p-value = .004) 3) การศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา (p-value = 0.009) 4) การได้รับคำแนะนำสนับสนุนให้ปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพจากบุคคลต่างๆ (p-value = 0.049) 5) การเข้าถึงกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพในชุมชน (p-value = 0.050) โดยปัจจัยดังกล่าวสามารถพยากรณ์คุณภาพชีวิตได้ ร้อยละ 10.3

It is found that 59.90% of the elderly have a degree in primary education, 47.80% of which do not have jobs. 77.20% of them have a monthly income of 1,000 – 7,500 Baht and 51.51% do not have medical problems. It is also found that factors which affect the quality of life among the elderly living in elderly community in Bang Krang sub-district, Muang district, Phitsanulok province are < 0.05 at the p-value level of significance. There are 5 factors, as followed, 1) gender (p-value = 0.004) 2) acknowledgement of benefits of healthcare (p-value = .004) 3) primary level education (p-value = 0.009) 4) access to counseling and encouragement from other people regrading their health (p-value = 0.049) 5) access to health-promoting activities in community (p-value = 0.050). |

Kati ladled rice into a silver bowl. The white of the rice went well with the fresh morning air. The warmth spread through her chest and heart which was beating faster as Kati was running to the wooden dock.
Grandpa was reading newspaper near a food tray as usual. Not long, the sound of an oar touching water was heard, along with the appearance of a prow. The yellow color of the monk’s robe livened up the atmosphere.
Thong, a temple boy, was beaming cheerfully from far away. Grandpa said that Thong should join a comedy group. His smile was contagious. It came right from the heart and went directly to the lips and eyes haloing like waves on the water touched by a stone.

Dyspepsia is a commonly found disorder, which can occur due to several causes and there is no evidence of other structural diseases with similar symptoms. The study found that dyspepsia can be found in 25% of the general population. However, it is interesting to note that most patients will not schedule an appointment with the doctor to treat this condition. 25% of the patients with dyspepsia have symptoms which need to be specifically treated, while the rest do not have the symptoms, which classify them as having functional dyspepsia. Presently, most diagnosis refer to the principals of Rome IV, which determine that patients diagnosed with functional dyspepsia must have postprandial fullness, early satiation, epigastric pain or epigastric burning, and no evidence of structural disease (including at upper endoscopy) to explain the symptoms. |
