Please note that I have a board meeting on Dec. 15 at 2 pm in Brussels. Its meeting time cannot be changed. I planned to attend your powwow if it was either in the morning or in the (very)late afternoon. A nice meeting to you all and a warm thank you to Evert DELOOF-SYS for organizing it. Looks like a good group of people will be coming together for the first Brugge powwow. Wish I could be there!
I want to let you all know that although anyone is free to propose a ProZ.com powwow, the Brugge powwow is somewhat special. This is because the organizer, Evert, also serves as a ProZ.com moderator. I have also asked him to act as a local representative for ProZ.com, and he has agreed.

Also, if you would like to have your identity verified, bring a picture ID, and if you are considering upgrading to platinum membership, that is available from Evert for 100 USD, rather than the usual 120 USD.
I am looking forward to hearing back, and getting pictures from your powwow.
