I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and move to unites States in 1996. I'm a Spanish CHI (Certified Healthcare Interpreter). I have been a Licensed Bridging the Gap Medical Interpreter Trainer since 2015 as well as a Kentucky Deemed Qualified Spanish Interpreter since 2012. I'm also a Cross-Cultural Communications, LLC Licensed Instructor for The Community Interpreter, Cultural Competence and Medical Terminology courses. I started my career working with languages as a community volunteer with several churches and nonprofit organizations including Southeast Associate Ministries (SEAM) and have worked with private and public entities and corporations including Pizza Hut, Papa John’s as well as in the banking industry, sales, and management. From translating the written word for Marketing materials to interpreting orally in medical, legal, family services and business class settings, I take great pride in ensuring that ethical and procedural standards are always professionally maintained and that the true message is faithfully delivered in both English and Spanish. |
