It's worth noting that google hits for "условные нутриенты" only fetch this very book. So I think it doesn't really matter how you translate it as long as no one else but the author knows what it is (in a way)

Definition from Wikipedia: "Non-essential nutrients are substances within foods can still have a significant impact on health, whether beneficial or toxic. For example, most dietary fiber is not absorbed by the human digestive tract, but is important in maintaining the bulk of a bowel movement to avoid constipation."
This is something what I would think an "условный нутриент" is if I were to judge solely by the name of the term (and I am)
