Для того, чтобы вставить в план архитектурную подоснову, нужно открыть меню Insert и выбрать пункт Attach XRef.

В появившемся окне нужно указать файл с архитектурной подосновой первого этажа Villa_floor_1.dwg

I know of the "term" in question, not a "S/W program" in question.

Streactly speaking 'подоснова', just as 'синька' or 'ситуация' are not valid terms in the first place, but professional jargon words. Therefore, no formal definitions can be found in specialized dictionaries. Otherwise, this question would have never appeared here.

The way out? We can refer to college or professional (primary source) texts. Here is one to explore - http://development.csoft.ru/support/articles/cm_62_12.html

There may be other incorrestly used derivative meanings to 'архитектурная подоснова', such as described by you, which in fact should be referred to as -

'ПЛАН ЭТАЖА'.

I believe that архитектурная подоснова contains the basic elements of the floor, which are the dimensions and the locations of doors, windows, the stairs, and interior and exterior walls. The NanoCad program is then used to add the electrical, plumbing, heating, etc., components.

'Подоснова', это чертеж "синька" с геодезической съемки участка строительства, а точнее участка проектирования. Ее архитекторы получают уже в готовом виде, переносят (экспортируют) в цифровой формат, и затем только по ней начинают наносить "сетку" или "разбивку".

I believe that the program overlays electrical, plumbing, telephone (оборудование), etc., details on the architectural underlay of the floor, hence architectural underlay would be an even better option.

Actually, we agree. This is happening on the screen, where there are "layers od design" superimposed upon one anoother, beginning with the basic architectural layout of the floor (your blueprint) and then other detail overlaid on top.
